As a Section 21, No-Fee public primary, we follow the North West Provincial Education Department admissions policy. Caregivers within the Madidi feeder zone are admitted as of right; learners outside the zone are accepted subject to capacity in the requested grade.

We reply within 5 working days with a SMS or WhatsApp invite to a 30-minute campus visit and a chat with the principal — bring the child if you can.
A relaxed conversation. The child sits in on a 20-minute lesson; the caregiver tours the campus, checks the menu, sees the toilets — everything in plain sight.
A signed enrolment form, your child's SA-SAMS profile created, and a uniform list. Free uniform vouchers are available via the SGB Hardship Fund — ask without shame.
If a document is missing, we will help you sort it out — many of our caregivers do not have everything on day one, and that is fine. Bring what you have, and we will work the rest out together.
Original or unabridged certified copy. SA ID acceptable for older learners.
South African ID, asylum-seeker permit or passport — any one is fine.
A utility bill, ward councillor letter or rental agreement — anything that says where you live.
The Road-to-Health booklet (Bana Pele) where applicable. Catch-up at the local clinic is free.
Only required for transfers (Grade 2–7). Foundation Phase first-time enrolments do not need this.
